Salon Policies

At MANE, we’re committed to providing a high-quality, relaxed experience for every client. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that you review the following:

Appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your service total.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Changes or cancellations within this timeframe may incur a fee, with same-day cancellations and no-shows charged at the full service amount.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or forfeited appointment.

All services are booked based on the time and work required. Changes to your service within 48 hours may not be possible and will be charged as originally booked.

Due to our intimate salon space, we ask that you attend your appointment alone where possible to maintain a calm and comfortable environment.

We take great pride in our work and offer adjustments within two weeks of your appointment if needed. This does not apply to change of mind.
